It is different from other location apps because allows you to adjust your position and hence to provide your receiver with your precise position. Hi! I'm here! is useful when you have to meet someone in large and crowded places. Take a picture of the place where you are and send it: this allows your friends to find you easily. 'Hi! I'm here' provides you with one of the largest map view never seen on an iPhone application and with two map types: 'map' and 'hybrid' mode of G-maps. Use your fingers to zoom in, zoom out or move the map to adjust your position: GPS is not always precise, above all when you are inside buildings. Use hybrid mode to check reference points on the map. This is a useful method to get precise location. 'Hi! I'm here' will help you to give appointment and save time and money avoiding long call to describe your position to your friends. You can communicate your location by sending a standard e-mail from the iPhone mail account or to send an instant 'I'm here!' message. The 'I'm here!' server will keep your position for a couple of hours before expiring and avoid your mailbox being full of "I'm here" messages sent. NOTE: - no personal info will be stored in our location database, just a private code related to a physical location. - Iphone 3G and internet connection is required. - attached photos are Base64-coded, hence some mail client could drop it: iPhone to iPhone delivery is granted.
